LeverMount® is the latest development in Thames Side Sensors' range of unique load cell weighing assemblies.
Process weighing installations are made easier, safer and more cost effective using this very simple, innovative design.

The concept of a purpose-designed loading assembly using single ended shear beam load cells for vessel weighing was first introduced in the early 1980s.
LeverMount® is the next generation of load cell weighing assemblies, purpose designed to offer a completely fresh approach to process weighing solutions utilising the exemplary Thames Side Sensors range of stainless steel shear beam and bending beam load cells.
The stainless steel LeverMount® weighing assembly retains the advantages of existing weighing assemblies, whilst providing improved mechanical stability before and during installation (due to its 3-point connection to the ground). LeverMount® can be raised or lowered under load without specialised tools, lifting jacks or dummy load cells; additionally the load cell can be removed or replaced without the need for any of these.
Thames Side LeverMount® load cells are approved to 3000 divisions, OIML R60 Class C. These load cells are also available in ATEX approved versions for applications in hazardous areas.
Thames Side抯 ATEX Certification for Dust Zones 20, 21 and 22 does not require safety barriers � this saves substantial cost.
It is available in just 3 body sizes covering a wide capacity range, from 10kg to 5000kg:
- From 10kg to 200kg: LeverMount® Lite is compatible with the T66 load cell
- From 300kg to 2000kg: LeverMount® is compatible with the 350 load cell
- From 3000kg to 5000kg: LeverMount® is also compatible with the 350 load cell
The T66 and 350i load cells are protected to IP68 / IP69K, providing the highest levels of protection. This makes the LeverMount® weighing assemblies the ideal choice for accurate weighing in the harshest industrial environments where wash-down using high pressure, high temperature water jets is a regular occurrence - such as the food and pharmaceutical industries.
LeverMount® load cells (at all capacities) are available in a high temperature version as an option (up to +150 degrees C). A special Parylene coating is available as an option for applications in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack is an issue.

The Advanced Diagnostic Load Cell Tester Model LCT-U is a stand-alone hand-held device specially designed for fast, comprehensive troubleshooting of strain gauge load cells.
The LCT-U can quickly diagnose problems with all common types of load cell available today, including 6-wire load cells (with sense wires).
The LCT-U provides the operator with all the essential data about the load-cell being tested, including the bride resistance and integrity, physical distortion (possibly caused by overload, shock load or metal fatigue) and insulation resistance (which can highlight moisture or chemical ingress).

Thames Side Sensors抯 MasterMount® is the latest in a range of unique patented load cell and mount combinations which include the LeverMount® and LeverMount Lite® and extends the range of capacities up to 30 tonnes.
The MasterMount® has primarily been designed for easy, safe, simple installation and removal of the load cell without the aid of specialist tools, jacks or other equipment.
A patented lever and cam mechanism enables the top plate of the loading assembly to be raised and lowered with a 180 degree turn of the cam, which can be easily done (even with up to 20 tonnes on each load cell) using only an M30 socket spanner and a T-bar. The stainless steel load cell is retained within the assembly by simple captivated pins, thus avoiding the use of fiddly retaining clips. Lift off protection is provided through the mount itself, rather than the traditional design of through the load cell, which protects the load cell from reverse shock loading. The MasterMount® assembly is manufactured from high strength cast steel and has an 慳utophoretic� corrosion resistant paint finish.
Once the MasterMount® loading assembly has been fitted under the vessel, installation and removal of the load cell can be accomplished in minutes, resulting in large savings in installation costs.
The MasterMount® is just one product in an extensive range of innovative Thames Side load cell and mount arrangements with capacities from 5kg up to 1000 tonnes designed specifically for Process Weighing and Materials Storage applications.
MasterMount load cells are available in a high temperature version as an option (up to 150 degrees C).
