技术要求
● 绝缘采用绕包耐火性能。
● 膨胀填充层在遇火花后无机填充材料在皱纹金属管内更加紧密稳定,膨胀填充率控制在5%左右。
● 金属护套采用铜护套或不锈钢护套,焊接处强度应不低于母材的80%。焊接处表面无皱纹、裂纹、毛刺、夹杂物及其他对使用有害的缺陷。
● 该产品通过950℃,5h的耐火试验,并能承受振动、喷淋耐火试验。
● 试样为整圈电缆施加试验电压3500V,持续5min,不击穿。
无机复合绝缘防火(耐火)电缆特点
● 优越的防火、耐火性能。
● 连续生产长度长、截面大、弯曲性能好。
● 防爆、防腐蚀、无电磁干扰。
使用特性
● 工频额定电压U0/U:0.6/1kV.
● 电缆导体的长期允许工作温度:150℃。
● 火灾时,电缆导体的允许工作温度:950℃。
● 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃。
● 电缆的弯曲半径为不小于电缆外径的20倍。

本产品适用于工频额定电压 0.6/1kV及以下输配电线路作配送电能之用,适宜敷设在宾馆、车站、化工、石油平台、矿山、电站、地铁、高层建筑等固定敷设的场所。

● 电缆导体的最高允许工作温度为70℃ 。
● 短路时(最长持续时间不超过5S)电缆导体的最高温度不超过:

● 电缆敷设时环境温度应不低于0℃。
