Parker派克TDA系列比例节流阀
Parker派克TDA系列比例节流阀是由三级组成。阀锥由座阀结构的伺服阀芯进行先导控制。带力反馈的比例电磁阀调节伺服阀芯的位置。因此阀锥的位置不会受到压差的影响。压差可以达到最大的工作压力。先导控制的控制油流量大约为1 l/min。工作的最低压力为3 bar。控制压力必须大于A口处系统压力的25%。流量的调节精度为0.5%。由于流量特性曲线是渐进的,因此当小流量时,该调节精度在渐进区域内被改善为0.25%。整个行程的调节时间大约为25ms。当油液由B向A流动时,在关闭的初始位置上由B向A不能有泄漏。在该初始位置上先导控制不需要控制油。回油口T的压力不能高于100 bar。
