Descrtption
The separation amplifier AD-TV 201-204 GA serves the galvanic
separation, amplification and conversion or adjustment of analogue
measuring signals. The compact housing can contain up to 4
completely independent channels. With all channels input, output
and the supply voltage are galvanically separated. The channels
are also completely insulated amongst each other. At each channel,
input signal type and output signal type can be freely selected.
Behind the front cover, spindle trimmers are located for direct
adjustment. The multi-channel separation amplifier is also available
as 19" card (AD-TV 201-204 EV)

Application
The separation amplifier AD-TV 201-204 EV serves the galvanic
separation of amplification, conversion or adjustment of analogue
measuring signals. The slide-in card can contain up to 4 completely
independent channels. With all channels input, output and
supply voltage are galvanically separated. The channels are also
completely insulated amongst each other. At each channel, input
signal type and output signal type can be freely selected. A spindle
trimmer is located at the front for direct adjustment. Due to the narrow
construction (4 TE) up to 84 channels can be integrated in one
standard module carrier. The multi-channel separation amplifier is
also available in an extension housing (AD-TV 201-204 GA)

Descrtption
Application
The isolation amplifier AD-STV 2 GX with integrated transmitter
supply, with its construction width of only 6.2 mm, serves the
galvanic separation and amplification of transmitter signals (4-20
mA). The 2- or 3-wire transmitter is supplied directly through a
galvanic separated supply voltage. The input signal can be
selected via a DIP switch. For range change, a manual adjustment
is required, the initial values and final values can be adjusted via a
trimmer. Input voltage, output voltage and supply voltage are
galvanic separated from each other. Due to the narrow design, a
high packing density is achieved. In combination with a DIN rail
connector, the wiring is considerably reduced.

Descrtption
The supply separator amplifier AD-STH 22 GL serves in first place
the galvanic separation and amplification of transmitter signals (4-
20 mA). The 2- or 3-wire transmitter is supplied direct via a
galvanically separated and limited supply voltage.
It can also be used as purely a burden amplifier (0/4-20 mA).
Input, output and the supply voltage are separated galvanically
from each other. The output signal is independent from the
connected burden up to a maximum value. The AD-STH 22 GL is
FSK-able (Frequency Shift Keying) and therefore, for instance, also
suitable for the well-known HART-protocol. The electronic widerange
power pack ALLPOWER avoids strong heat development,
the units can be mounted directly beside each other. Cross poling
is excluded. Due to the narrow construction, very high packing
density is achieved.

Descrtption
The isolation amplifier of type range AD-STV 300 serves as galvanic
isolation and amplification of transmitter signals (4-20mA). The 2-
wire transmitter is supplied directly via a galvanically isolated and
limited supply voltage of 24V DC. The signal is registered, galvanically
isolated, converted and amplified. Input/output and the supply
voltage are galvanically isolated from each other. At the output
all three standard signals are freely available without commutation.
The output signal is independent from the connected load up to a

Descrtption
The supply separation amplifier of type family AD-STV 810 supplies
a 2 or 3 wire transmitter on the input side through a potential-free
direct voltage. The impressed current signal is then galvanically
separated and amplified in the output stage to the required outputsignal
and possibly converted. Trim potentiometers for start and
end values are located at the front for direct adjustment. Furthermore,
the max. transfer frequency can be set via a rotary switch as
an option. In the basic position the supply separation amplifier can
transfer the recorded measuring values very quickly (up to 20 kHz).
The supply voltage is galvanically separated from the input as well
as from the output.

The supply separation amplifier AD-STV 24 GVB serves
the galvanic separation and amplification of transmitter
signals (0/4–20 mA). The 2- or 3-wire transmitter is supplied

Descrtption
The supply isolation amplifier AD-STVEX 710 GVD is designed
for operation of an intrinsically safe 2-wire measuring
transducer (transmitter) and an mA current source
installed in the hazardous area / potentially explosive atmosphere.
A 2-wire measuring transducer is supplied with power and
the impressed analog 4-20 mA measuring signal is galvanically
isolated and transmitted from the hazardous area
/potentially explosive atmosphere to the non-hazardous
area.
Alternatively, the passive input current circuit of the supply
isolation amplifier detects the 0/4-20 mA measuring signal
from a current source from the hazardous area / potentially
explosive atmosphere and isolates it galvanically to make it
available at the output of the device in the non-hazardous
area. In this case, AD-STVEX 710 GVD operates as an
isolation amplifier.
The device features a universal mains supply unit so it can
be used with various supply voltages.

Descrtption
The AC buffer amplifier AD-TV 581 GS serves the detection of
effective values of sinusoidal alternating currents. The input
variable 0-1A AC or 0-5A AC is here freely selectable via terminal.
The alternating current is galvanic separated via a current
transformer and transformed into an impressed DC standard
signal 0/4-20 mA or 0/2-10 VDC.
The zero point and the range of the measuring signal can be
adjusted with trimmers at the front. The trimmers can be activated
via a wire bridge.
The start of the output range can be modified via a wire bridge from
0 to 4mA or from 0 to 2V, exceeding the measuring range or falling
below the measuring range is indicated with a flashing LED at the

Descrtption
The passive separation transducer AD-TW 501-508* converts an
impressed current signal (0-20 mA) to a linear voltage signal (0-10

the low energy required for operation is won from the input signal.
Application
Economic galvanic separation with simultaneous signal
conversion, without auxiliary energy. Protection of sensitive units

Descrtption
Application
The passive converter AD-TW 501 ST converts an impressed signal
of 0-20 mA into a linear voltage signal of 0-10 V. The output signal is
from the input isolated galvanically and does not reflect back to the
input signal.
The passive converter does not need any auxiliary power, the low
energy which is required is taken from the input signal.
Economical galvanical isolation at simultaneous signal conversion
without auxiliary power.
Specialities
- no auxiliary power, therefore no influence on the mains
- high linear normsignal conversion with galvanical isolation
- no heat evolution, as no auxiliary power required
- facile to employ plug-in technic on terminal blocks

Application
Specific characteristics
The passive AC current separation transducer serve the conversion
of AC currents of magnitudes 0-1 A AC or 0-5 A AC in an impressed
DC current of 0-20 mA. The galvanically separated output
signal is, up to a maximum value, independent of the connected
burden. The separation transducer does not require an auxiliary energy,
the necessary energy is gained from the measuring signal.
Remote transmission of current transducer signals, galvanic separation
