减速机在生活中用到的地方越来越多，本文浅析活齿减速器结构与传动原理。活齿减速器结构与传动原理活齿减速器各部件的运动分析如下。
激波器为输入装置，保持架为输出装置，中心轮固定不动。偏心激波器绕偏心点旋转，滚子在保持架中自转并绕偏心点B转动，在滚子转动过程中滚子与激波器始终相切，即滚子几何中心与激波器的几何中心之间的距离保持不变，而滚子的几何中心与偏心点的距离一直在变化，由于中心轮固定不动，并且与滚子始终接触。
因此其轮廓形状为滚子沿滚子中心运动轨迹形成的外包络线。要求得中心轮的齿廓，就要先求滚子轨迹的曲线方程。对于滚子沿轨迹产生的包络线是以理论轨迹为中心，滚子半径和激波器半径的关系与外摆线不同，不存在整数倍关系，这有利于更加灵活地设计减速器，便于减小减速器的重量和体积。
滚柱随活齿架的转动的转角呈周期性变化，在一个周期中，相对速度由小变大、由大变小、由小变大、再由大变小四次变化，出现了两个极大值和一个极小值。活齿中心运动轨迹的曲率中心轮齿廓曲线的曲率，表示该点附近齿廓曲线的弯曲程度，它描绘了齿廓曲线的几何特征，是研究活齿传动承载能力、润滑状态等所依据的重要参数。中心轮齿根处曲率最大，曲率半径最小;沿齿廓上升过程中曲率减小到零，继续减小到负值。
在强度校核中也可根据曲率半径来使计算结果更加趋于实际。活齿传动的滑动率了解滑动率的特点有助于开发磨损小、寿命长、啮合效率高的减速器。齿形的磨损规律在一定程度上取决于齿廓在接触点上相对滑动速度的变化规律。
活齿减速器中心轮齿形求解的新方法，绘制齿形曲线，实现活齿传动设计的参数化。并由此绘制出速度曲线、曲率曲线、滑动率曲线。由方程曲线的信息得到活齿传动各构件的运动规律，为活齿传动进一步研究打下了基础。

减速机在生活中用到的地方越来越多，本文浅析活齿减速器结构与传动原理。活齿减速器结构与传动原理活齿减速器各部件的运动分析如下。
激波器为输入装置，保持架为输出装置，中心轮固定不动。偏心激波器绕偏心点旋转，滚子在保持架中自转并绕偏心点B转动，在滚子转动过程中滚子与激波器始终相切，即滚子几何中心与激波器的几何中心之间的距离保持不变，而滚子的几何中心与偏心点的距离一直在变化，由于中心轮固定不动，并且与滚子始终接触。
因此其轮廓形状为滚子沿滚子中心运动轨迹形成的外包络线。要求得中心轮的齿廓，就要先求滚子轨迹的曲线方程。对于滚子沿轨迹产生的包络线是以理论轨迹为中心，滚子半径和激波器半径的关系与外摆线不同，不存在整数倍关系，这有利于更加灵活地设计减速器，便于减小减速器的重量和体积。
滚柱随活齿架的转动的转角呈周期性变化，在一个周期中，相对速度由小变大、由大变小、由小变大、再由大变小四次变化，出现了两个极大值和一个极小值。活齿中心运动轨迹的曲率中心轮齿廓曲线的曲率，表示该点附近齿廓曲线的弯曲程度，它描绘了齿廓曲线的几何特征，是研究活齿传动承载能力、润滑状态等所依据的重要参数。中心轮齿根处曲率最大，曲率半径最小;沿齿廓上升过程中曲率减小到零，继续减小到负值。
在强度校核中也可根据曲率半径来使计算结果更加趋于实际。活齿传动的滑动率了解滑动率的特点有助于开发磨损小、寿命长、啮合效率高的减速器。齿形的磨损规律在一定程度上取决于齿廓在接触点上相对滑动速度的变化规律。
活齿减速器中心轮齿形求解的新方法，绘制齿形曲线，实现活齿传动设计的参数化。并由此绘制出速度曲线、曲率曲线、滑动率曲线。由方程曲线的信息得到活齿传动各构件的运动规律，为活齿传动进一步研究打下了基础。
