?概述F81438是可编程的单片多协议收发器设备，包含RS-232和RS-485/RS-422驱动器和接收器。F81438可重新配置为四种操作模式，包括仅RS-232（3TX/5RX）、一个RS-485（1TX/1RX）驱动器（TX）半双工模式、一个RS-485（1TX/2RX）接收器（RX）半双工方式和RS-422（1TX/1RX）全双工模式，可随时通过更改2个模式选择引脚的逻辑状态进行选择。该设备可以实现双模串行端口、混合模式端口或作为接口信号转换器。额外的电荷泵从5V的单个电源提供真正的RS-232驱动器输出电压。转换速率控制引脚为高数据速率或转换控制数据速率配置驱动器输出。回转控制输出可最大限度地减少长端或未端接电缆上的反射和振铃引起的问题。所有RS-485接收器或收发器都具有高阻抗，允许在共享总线上最多256个收发器。当配置为RS-485/RS-422模式时，每个驱动器可以单独启用或置于三态，从而简化了共享总线或双向通信上的使用。所有接收器都有先进的故障保护，以防止输入未连接时发生振荡。在RS-232模式下，每个接收器输入具有5k?下拉至地。如果输入为浮动、短路或开路但已终止，则差分接收器将默认为输出逻辑1。所有驱动器输出和接收器输入都受到保护，以防高达±15000伏的ESD冲击（IEC 61000-4-2气隙）。2功能列表5V单电源操作稳健的±15kV ESD保护（IEC 61000-4-2气隙）RS-232/RS-485混合模式可调整的转换速率，最大限度地减少EMI误差打开时RS-485提前故障保护，短或端接线路28针TSSOP封装灵活的4种操作模式由2个配置引脚选择一套3T5R RS-232 V.28驱动器和接收器一套RS-485驱动器（半双工配置）一套RS-485接收器（半双工组态）一套RS-422驱动器和接收器（全双工配置
