Abstract: The different flame-retardants were mixed with nylon 6 by the twin-screw extruder to prepare the halogen-free flame retardant composites. It is found that the composite has a good property when titanate coupling agent reaches 2 wt% of magnesium hydrates and has a good dispersibility in nylon 6. When the ration of magnesium hydrates and micronized red phosphorus reach 6:4, the best synergistic flame retardant effect is found. The total content of flame retardant is reduced from 15 wt% to 14 wt% when 1 wt% organic montmorillonite is mix with nylon 6, and the composite could reachV-0 rate and the mechanical property improves obviously. The decomposition activation energy of of MH/HP/OMMT/PA6 composite reaches to 157.8 kJ/mol which shows a good thermos-stability.Keywords: Nylon 6; dispersibility; flame retardant; activation energy；thermostability.

申振楠，王敏杰，刘奎，刘潮 （大连理工大学模塑制品教育部工程研究中心，辽宁大连116024）摘要：针对挤出成型过程中尼龙PA6熔体流动性差的问题，基于聚合物流变学理论和计算流体动力学数值分析，研究了尼龙PA6棒材直排6腔挤出模流道结构对熔体流动均匀性的影响规律。结果表明：影响熔体在直排6腔挤出模流道内流动均匀性因素的主次顺序为流道平直段半径、流道平直段长度、流道间距；获得了最优尼龙PA6棒材直排6腔挤出模具流道结构参数，数值分析结果表明熔体从主流道入口到各分流道出口处沿挤出方向压力降相近，流经各分流道的熔体体积流率相等。关键词：尼龙PA6；直排多腔；挤出模；流道结构；流动均匀性

●Abstract： The eff ects of glass fi ber properties, processing methods and toughening agent content on the welding strength of glass fiber reinforced nylon 6 composites were studied. The results show that the retention length of glass fi bers processed by main feeding method is shorter than that processed by side feeding method, and the thicker the welding layer, the higher the welding strength. The welding strength of composites decreases with the increase of toughening agent content. For diff erent glass fi bers, the welding strength of composites is related not only to the properties of glass fi bers themselves, but also to the surface wetting agent of glass fi bers.

  据生意社大宗榜数据显示，5月份PA66市场延续弱势整理走势，供需失衡未见改善。截止5月30日，PA66主流报盘平均价格在27500.00元/吨左右，较月初有8.33%的跌幅。

  影响因素分析：

  产品：进入五月以来PA66上游己二酸国内市场走势持续弱势，库存压力一般但场内跟进消极。需求疲软，交投寡淡，商家低价出货。业者观望气氛浓重，操作空间有限。本月外盘纯苯价格受到原油和消息面的影响先扬后抑，国内纯苯价格则较为平稳。市场报盘基本平缓，预计近期走势需看下游需求；上游支撑不足，无法利好国内牌号PA66报盘。
