聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊树脂顾名思义是此种树脂主要以制成糊状形式来应用,人们常用此种糊称作增塑糊,是未加工状态下的聚氯乙烯塑料的一种独特液体形式。糊树脂常由乳液和微悬浮法制得。
聚氯乙烯糊树脂因粒度微细,其质地像滑石粉,具有不流动性。聚氯乙烯糊树脂同增塑剂混合后经搅拌形成稳定的悬浮液,即制成PVC糊料,或称作PVC增塑糊、PVC溶胶,而且人们正是以这种形式用来加工成终制品。在制糊过程中,根据不同的制品需要,添加各种填料、稀释剂、热稳定剂、发泡剂及光稳定剂等。

POLYVINYL CHLORIDE Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a polymer formed by the polymerization of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) in the presence of peroxide, Azo compound and other initiators, or by the mechanism of Radical polymerization under the action of light and heat. Homopolymer of vinyl chloride and Copolymer of vinyl chloride are called vinyl chloride resins. PVC is a white powder with amorphous structure, the degree of branching is relatively small, the relative density is about 1.4, the glass transition temperature is about 77 ~ 90 °C, the decomposition temperature is about 170 °c, the stability to light and heat is poor, above 100 °C or after long-time sunlight exposure, it will decompose and produce, and further automatic catalytic decomposition, cause discoloration, physical and mechanical properties also rapidly decline, in the practical application must be added to enhance the stability to heat and light. The polyvinyl chloride is an amorphous polymer with a small shrinkage. Powder should be preheated before processing to remove water, enhance plasticizing effect, prevent bubbles. And PVC easy to decompose, especially in high temperature and steel, copper contact easier to decompose (decomposition temperature 200 degrees) . Molding temperature range is small, must strictly control the material temperature. Under the glass transition temperature (TG, 80 °C) , the polyvinyl chloride is in the glass state; at the TG → viscous flow temperature (TF, about 160 °C) , it is highly elastic and rubbery, and has plasticity; at the TF → thermal decomposition temperature (Td) , it is viscous flow state, the higher the temperature, the easier the flow is. When the temperature exceeds TD, a large amount of HCL is decomposed out of PVC, and the material loses its chemical stability and physical properties. Therefore, Td is the upper limit of processing temperature. Due to the large intermolecular force of polyethylene, TF is very high, even close to the decomposition temperature, so plasticizers need to be added to reduce TF. On the other hand also need to add stabilizers, so as to improve the TD of PVC, in order to process molding. Vinyl chloride polymer. PVC.
